Loving our sauna. I use it most days. It was very popular when we had family staying over the holidays. The attached... photo was from January when we had some snow. The sauna had been on for a couple of hours, so was hot inside, but as you can see from the roof, the wood is thick enough to stop the heat escaping.read more

Gintara was a pleasure to work with from the start. He was very helpful on the phone whilst discussing my purchase of a... hot tub. I was worried about access and delivery to my garden. He was careful to ensure this would be possible. He delivered the sauna with his team earlier than expected and they were polite, efficient and did a great job. We are extremely happy with the entire experience and importantly with our hot tub which is great quality and a lovely addition to our garden. I’ve been waiting a while to post this so here goes.Ordered my sauna in January following a few conversations re the... base with Gintaras who was very helpful, was quoted 13 to 16 weeks and was pleasantly surprised to get a call 6 weeks later that my sauna was ready for installation, we agreed a time and date upon which Gintaras and his crew turned up and beavered away all day to complete the build and test the log burner worked as required, so much so I had my first sauna that evening!Now I’m 40+ sessions in with the obligatory ice bath to boot which I find invigorating!The sauna has settled, the door in particular has changed shape and some sap has leaked from the wood, all to be expected from a new build!The sauna retains the heat and depending on how much wood is put into the burner depends on the temperature achieved, during this time I’ve had the temp between 75 and 95 deg C, defo too hot for me at 95, it holds it’s temperature at 75 for over an hour without a problem, oh and I’m using a dried hard wood which is far better than the softwood I started off with.The build quality and finish is good and a credit to the gang.I paid extra for the thermo wood and when it’s up to temp inside there’s little if no loss outside.Would I buy another sauna if I moved?Definitely!read more

Gintaras and his team were excellent. Ordered a barrel sauna paid the deposit, organised my sparky to ensure power was... available, and within a couple of months the team came for the day to assemble it. They were all hard working, polite, super professional and did a great job with the install. The Sauna is a pleasure to use and I’m really chuffed to bits. I ordered the 280 Delux that comes with a 9kW electric heater and it gets super hot super quick. Thank you guys, you were a pleasure to deal with and made everything simple. Absolutely fantastic service from the first enquiry!!!Would most definitely recommend if you are thinking about... purchasing a Sauna or Hot tub…. Or both as we did in the end.Firstly about two months before we ordered a sauna, we were kept in the loop on updates on our order, it arrived within 6 weeks of ordering and the service was so plain sailing we really wished that we had ordered the hot tub at the same time!After that we ordered a hot tub and the service was again 100%.The finished product on both are fantastic and we are super happy that we made the right decision and went with Garden Sauna. We had our Barrell Sauna installed 2 or 3 months ago and I have held off writing a review until now as it is not an... insignificant purchase and I would rather review after its been used for a while.In summary, I am very happy with my purchase.Firstly, and importantly in these times, when I ordered it I was quoted a lead time and estimated time for delivery, and that proved to be accurate - not something that can be said of all suppliers.They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all my queries and made good suggestions when I ordered it, and I am glad I listened to their advice.The sauna itself is well built and was constructed in a day in our garden. It heats up quickly and the 220 model I ordered is easily big enough for 4 and gives me enough room to lie down on the bench, which at 6 foot 2 was a slight concern initially.Overall, very happy, and thank you to the team for all your help and advice.read more

I was fortunate enough to find Garden Saunas UK, who have now fitted a beautiful Glass Barrel sauna. The Sauna is... excellent and seems very well constructed, and feels like real quality.Gintaras was very good at communicating lead times, and I never felt like I wasn’t informed on the process and the lead times.The Sauna is a perfect addition and I use it with my wife and Children in our garden, we have been in twice so far, everyday we have had it. It works perfectly, gets to a good temperature where you can really feel the benefits.Gintaras is a very honest guy, and clearly a hard work, and completed with the 24week lead time he gave me at the start.I would highly recommend them, they are honest, provide excellent, service and quality, and decent people.read more

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. We were told 12-16 weeks wait for our sauna when we ordered and it was... installed 12 weeks to the day. Gintaras answered all our queries quickly and gave us great aftercare advice. Installation was so quick. We are now loving our beautiful new barrel sauna. What great people and excellent products. From start to finish all services have been provided at the highest standard.... From our initial discussions about options down to where my sauna was in the building process.The product is far better than the pictures on their web site and I'm the envy off all who I whatsapp and emailed my sauna photos. Even while building Gintaras would explain how each fitting would work and how to get the best from our sauna. I am writing this whilst looking at my sauna which is how proud and sad I have become, but who cares. Should have got one years ago and tomorrow everyone in the house will be up for using it. We have wanted to get a wood fired Sauna & a hot tub for some time now ( we wanted to recreate what we had when we... lived in Finland 🇫🇮). From the moment we first contacted Gintaras he has supported us on every step of the way. He has kept all the promises he made us from giving realistic timescales to all the bespoke work he has done for us. The bespoke work included preparation to foundations, plumbing , electrics & to add a shower to the Sauna. Again, at each step he was super clear about what was happening next & he never failed to complete his promises. I would highly recommend him & his company. The wood fired hot tub was a last minute request that he was able to accommodate. The hot tub's quality is top class - with the wood burner you can get it up to 40° in 90mins. This has been amazing addition to our work from home/ lock down life.read more

We are both delighted with the standard & service of our new sauna. Any questions we had during the ordering process... were responded to really promptly and we were kept in touch after placing the order which was very reassuring.During the 2 days installation Gintaras & Ignas worked really hard and were such lovely people it was a pleasure to have them here. The standard of the work is really high and we cannot wait to use our new sauna.
