Gintara was a pleasure to work with from the start. He was very helpful on the phone whilst discussing my purchase of a... hot tub. I was worried about access and delivery to my garden. I’ve been waiting a while to post this so here goes.Ordered my sauna in January following a few conversations re the... base with Gintaras who was very helpful, was quoted 13 to 16 weeks and was pleasantly surprised to get a call 6 weeks later that my sauna was ready for installation, we agreed a time and date upon which Gintaras and his crew turned up and beavered away all day to complete the build and test the log burner worked as required, so much so I had my first sauna that evening!Now I’m 40+ sessions in with the obligatory ice bath to boot which I find invigorating!The sauna has settled, the door in particular has changed shape and some sap has leaked from the wood, all to be expected from a new build!The sauna retains the heat and depending on how much wood is put into the burner depends on the temperature achieved, during this time I’ve had the temp between 75 and 95 deg C, defo too hot for me at 95, it holds it’s temperature at 75 for over an hour without a problem, oh and I’m using a dried hard wood which is far better than the softwood I started off with.The build quality and finish is good and a credit to the gang.I paid extra for the thermo wood and when it’s up to temp inside there’s little if no loss outside.Would I buy another sauna if I moved?Definitely!read more

Ordered a barrel sauna paid the deposit, organised my sparky to ensure power was... available, and within a couple of months the team came for the day to assemble it. Absolutely fantastic service from the first enquiry!!!Would most definitely recommend if you are thinking about... purchasing a Sauna or Hot tub…. We had our Barrell Sauna installed 2 or 3 months ago and I have held off writing a review until now as it is not an... insignificant purchase and I would rather review after its been used for a while.In summary, I am very happy with my purchase.Firstly, and importantly in these times, when I ordered it I was quoted a lead time and estimated time for delivery, and that proved to be accurate - not something that can be said of all suppliers.They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all my queries and made good suggestions when I ordered it, and I am glad I listened to their advice.The sauna itself is well built and was constructed in a day in our garden. I was fortunate enough to find Garden Saunas UK, who have now fitted a beautiful Glass Barrel sauna. The Sauna is... excellent and seems very well constructed, and feels like real quality.Gintaras was very good at communicating lead times, and I never felt like I wasn’t informed on the process and the lead times.The Sauna is a perfect addition and I use it with my wife and Children in our garden, we have been in twice so far, everyday we have had it. From our initial discussions about options down to where my sauna was in the building process.The product is far better than the pictures on their web site and I'm the envy off all who I whatsapp and emailed my sauna photos. We have wanted to get a wood fired Sauna & a hot tub for some time now ( we wanted to recreate what we had when we... lived in Finland 🇫🇮). From the moment we first contacted Gintaras he has supported us on every step of the way. He has kept all the promises he made us from giving realistic timescales to all the bespoke work he has done for us. The bespoke work included preparation to foundations, plumbing , electrics & to add a shower to the Sauna. Again, at each step he was super clear about what was happening next & he never failed to complete his promises. I would highly recommend him & his company. The wood fired hot tub was a last minute request that he was able to accommodate. The hot tub's quality is top class - with the wood burner you can get it up to 40° in 90mins.
